About this Hub
The Dandenong South Primary School Community Hub provides a safe and supportive, easily accessible venue for the delivery of a coordinated and tailored package of services. The Hub act as a bridge, linking mothers, their children and their extended family, to the wider community and the network of services and programs available to support families in the City of Greater Dandenong. The aim of the Hub is to bolster social cohesion, language, literacy and learning outcomes for isolated migrant parents and their children; and in turn, assist with the children’s transition to pre-school and school.
