Is there a VIP visiting your hub?
Hosting an important person in your hub is a great way to share the fantastic work that you do with community leaders such as the Governor, Members of Parliament and recipients of honours.
Often MP’s offices will have input into the itinerary, and in some cases the school is responsible for coordinating the visit.
Consider the tips below to help your event, meeting or visit run smoothly.
Checklist:
- Organise or reserve parking
- Create an agenda, or order of proceedings
- Organise media if required, you may need permission
- Organise photography and the relevant permissions
- Organise nametags if required
