Support coordinators complete a Qualitative Report once per term and submit to CHA. These reports include questions that help collect and document what has happened in the local government areas of support. It is a way for support coordinators to summarise what has happened during the term, and a way for CHA to understand what is playing out for the schools and their hubs.
