In 2019, Community Hubs Australia worked with Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) to develop the Quality Improvement Framework (QIF) for our hub program. MCRI is the largest child health research institute in Australia and one of the top three worldwide for research quality and impact.
The QIF is a reflective process to help you review and refine your hub as it evolves. In consultation with MCRI, the framework was co-designed by hub leaders, support coordinators and principals and consists of one activity that your hub needs to complete each term across the school year.

Step 2 – consult

HOW:
Once you have had time to reflect, it’s important to share reflections between hub leader, principal and support coordinator. By meeting as a team and sharing your reflections, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of your hub, together. You may also like to consider talking to hub participants, prep/foundation teachers, and looking at your recent hub data to help inform your discussions.
Submit Completed Annual Review meeting outcomes form by the end of Term 3.
Term 4

HOW:
Now that you have reflected and consulted, together you can create the plan. CHA will provide more information on how to complete this later in Term 3.
