Community Hubs Australia is excited to host our sixth national conference for all hub leaders, school leadership, support coordinators and support agency managers across the network. The conference will take place 27 – 29 May 2025 at the Rendezvous Hotel in Melbourne.
At this conference we’ll delve into the National Community Hubs Program – to collaborate, be inspired and celebrate learnings with one another.
Registration
Conference registrations are closed, and final numbers have been confirmed with airlines and the conference venue. Enquiries about registrations before May will be determined based on availability.

The conference registration process is being managed on our behalf by FCM Meetings & Events (FCM). Their registration team is managing travel and accommodation (if applicable) as well as the pre-conference welcome event and conference dinner.
